this video was shot on my I phone eleven and a Zhiiyun smooth gimbal 4 that I recently purchased on craigslist. I'm super stoked on how it turned out.
thank you to everyone who met up with me throughout a 5 month span from spring to summer to hold the camera and help film. My wife Gabrielle , my Homie Brad Dion, My Friend Shawn Bruneau, my mom Helli Huumo, my bandmate Duncan Adamson and my brother Hans Vlasveld. I had a crazy amount of short clips I had sent to my friend David Vandas ( a professional in Film) and he wove together this perfect Tapestry of a dope music video.
lyricly this song formed in my mind while driving and cycling through my city and then i delivered and recorded them over a smooth jazzy Moka Only beat i really dig . I basically like the colour lavender and all it symbolizes , purity, silence, devotion, serenity, grace and calmness. I just let the lyrics naturally flow and wrote about every beautiful thing that my eyes and ears take in on a regular basis.
